Learn to teach Mat Pilates with skill, confidence, and care. This comprehensive program pairs classical Pilates foundations with contemporary movement science, so you graduate knowing not just what to teach, but why. What you’ll learn Pilates principles, anatomy, and the foundations of safe, effective movement Foundational through advanced Mat repertoire Purposeful class sequencing Modifications, progressions, and cueing for diverse bodies and abilities How to lead with clarity and confidence in a professional studio setting What’s included Ongoing mentorship, so you’re supported as you learn and as you start teaching Access to the Luna House studio for practice teaching Who it’s for Aspiring instructors starting their teaching journey, and current teachers ready to deepen their precision and expand their toolkit. Cancellation Policy
Mat Pilates Teacher Training requires full payment or an approved payment plan to confirm enrollment. Due to limited space and the educational nature of the program, all payments are non-refundable. If written notice is provided at least 14 days prior to the start date, your enrollment may be transferred to a future Mat Pilates Teacher Training cohort, subject to availability. Transfers must be used within 12 months of the original start date. Once the training has begun, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed modules, late arrivals, or incomplete attendance. Certification eligibility requires full participation and completion of all training requirements.
