300 Hr Yoga Teacher Training
Our 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training through Divine Aura Yoga School is designed for graduates of a 200-Hour program who are ready to deepen their practice, refine their teaching voice, and expand into more advanced philosophy, anatomy, and specialized teaching skills. Combined with your 200-Hour certification, this training fulfills the requirements for a 500-Hour Yoga Alliance recognized certification (RYT500).
Hosted inside Luna House Yoga & Pilates in Bolton, Ontario, this program builds on the foundation of traditional Hatha Yoga while inviting students into deeper self-inquiry, subtler teaching skills, and a more nuanced understanding of what it means to hold space as a teacher.
About the Training
Our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for those who have completed their 200-Hour certification and are ready to move beyond the fundamentals. Where the 200-hour training builds a strong foundation, this advanced program invites students into deeper study — refining sequencing, expanding philosophical understanding, and developing a more confident, individual teaching voice.
We recognize that many students returning for their 300-hour training are already teaching, or preparing to. This program is intentionally structured to support that transition — helping you move from following a curriculum to trusting your own voice, intuition, and experience as a teacher.
At Divine Aura Yoga School, we continue to believe students grow best when they feel safe, supported, and connected. This training builds on that same foundation of gradual, embodied learning — deepening your relationship to the practice rather than adding pressure or perfectionism.
Throughout the training, students will move through advanced modules including:
-
Advanced asana, alignment, and hands-on adjustments
-
Deepened yoga philosophy and classical texts
-
Advanced sequencing and thematic class design
-
Specialized populations and inclusive teaching (e.g. prenatal, trauma-aware, accessible practice)
-
Advanced pranayama and meditation techniques
-
Subtle body studies: chakras, koshas, and nadis
-
The business and ethics of teaching yoga
-
Mentorship, practice teaching, and developing your authentic voice
This training is open to Divine Aura 200-Hour graduates and other 200 hour yoga teacher trainings.
By the end of the training, students will have completed the educational requirements to apply for RYT500 status with Yoga Alliance, alongside a deeper, more embodied understanding of their own teaching voice and practice.
