Return & Refund Policy

 

At Luna House Yoga & Pilates, we value transparency, respect, and fairness. We encourage you to read the following policy carefully before purchasing class passes or memberships.

Class Passes & Drop-Ins

 

All class passes, drop-ins, intro offers, and promotional passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Once purchased, classes cannot be exchanged for other services or products and do not carry cash value.

Memberships

 

Memberships are non-refundable once activated.  They are intended for individual use and may not be shared or transferred.  Some memberships include a minimum commitment period. Details will always be clearly shared at the time of purchase.

Expirations & Extensions

 

All passes and memberships have an expiration date to encourage consistent practice.
Extensions are not guaranteed, but we understand that life happens. Requests due to medical or exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Luna House management, and supporting documentation may be requested.

Workshops, Trainings & Special Events

 

Workshops, teacher trainings, certifications, and special events are final sale unless otherwise stated at registration.  Because these offerings require advance preparation and limited space, we are unable to offer refunds once your spot is reserved.

Studio Cancellations

 

If Luna House needs to cancel a class, workshop, or event, you will receive a class credit or an alternative option where applicable.
