Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Appointments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your session. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next scheduled appointment. Full session fees apply regardless of arrival time. Packages and session bundles are non-transferable and must be used within the stated validity period. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
