Cancellation Policy
Luna House Booking Policies At Luna House Yoga & Pilates, we aim to create a welcoming, supportive, and respectful environment for all members, students, and instructors. To help our classes run smoothly and fairly for everyone, we kindly ask that all clients review our booking policies below. Class Booking Pre-registration is required for all classes, workshops, and events. Spaces are limited, especially within our Reformer Pilates classes, and spots are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Bookings can be made through our website or the Fit by Wix app. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class start time. Late cancellations or missed classes may result in the loss of the class credit and/or a late cancellation fee depending on your membership or pass type. This policy helps us honour our instructors’ time and allows waitlisted members the opportunity to attend class. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added into class and notified by email. Please ensure your notifications are enabled and remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend. Standard cancellation policies apply once you are moved into class. Arrival Policy Studio doors open approximately 10–15 minutes before class begins. For the safety and flow of class, late entry may not be permitted once class has started, particularly for Reformer Pilates classes. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle into the space and prepare for your practice. ## Memberships & Class Passes All memberships and class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Class pass expiry dates are set at the time of purchase and cannot be extended unless otherwise stated. Unlimited memberships are designed to offer flexibility and support a consistent practice within our community. While members have access to eligible scheduled classes during their active membership, unlimited memberships do not guarantee a specific number of classes per week or month as schedules, instructor availability, holidays, studio closures, and demand may shift throughout the year based on studio needs. Studio Cancellations Luna House reserves the right to cancel classes, substitute instructors, or adjust the schedule when necessary. If the studio cancels a class, clients will not lose their class credit for that booking.
