This unique experience blends gentle restorative yoga, Reiki energy healing, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for inner balance. As your body is fully supported in restful poses, Reiki will be offered to encourage energetic alignment while the sound bath invites you into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
No yoga experience is needed. This is your time to pause, breathe, and simply receive.
