Welcome to Luna House Yoga & Pilates, a space created for movement, connection, and coming home to yourself. Rooted in community and mindful wellness, our classes are designed to support every body through yoga, Pilates, and holistic practices that nourish the body, mind, and nervous system.
 

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, we offer an inclusive and supportive environment where you can build strength, improve mobility, cultivate balance, and reconnect inward. From grounding yoga classes to energizing Reformer Pilates and restorative wellness experiences, each offering is guided with intention and care.
