Service Description

A unique class that combines strengthening Pilates with calming restorative yoga. The first half of class builds core stability, posture, and muscle strength using slow, controlled Pilates exercises. The second half transitions into supported stretches, breathwork, and guided relaxation to release tension and reset the nervous system. Perfect for anyone who feels tight, stressed, or tired but still wants a workout. You leave feeling both worked and rested. All levels welcome.Whether you are new to pilates or looking to continue your practice, this class is for you.

Cancellation Policy

Studio Booking, Arrival & Cancellation Policy All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Booking & Cancellation • A 6-hour cancellation window applies to all classes • Cancellations made within 6 hours of class start time will be considered a late cancellation • Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $10 late cancel fee • Class credits used for late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable • Memberships and class passes are non-transferable and intended for individual use Arrival & Class Start • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class start time • Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain a calm and safe class environment • Doors may close at the scheduled start time to avoid disruption • Missed classes due to late arrival are subject to the standard cancellation policy Reformer Class Safety • Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes • For safety and hygiene reasons, clients without grip socks may be unable to participate • Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio, when available Waitlists • If a class is full, members may join the waitlist • Waitlisted spots may be released up to the class start time • It is the member’s responsibility to monitor their booking status Studio Etiquette & Safety • Phones should be silenced and stored away during class • Instructors may offer hands-on or verbal cues; consent is always respected • Please inform your instructor of injuries, pregnancy, or health considerations before class Luna House Yoga & Pilates reserves the right to update class schedules, instructors, fees, and policies as needed to best support the studio and community.
