Restorative Yoga
Rest Yoga
Service Description
Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to support the body, mind, and nervous system through rest, stillness, and gentle support. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose is held for extended periods, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to soften into a state of calm awareness. This class invites you to slow down, reconnect inward, and create space for healing and integration. Guided breathwork, mindful transitions, and optional hands-on support (with consent) help encourage a deep sense of safety and surrender. Perfect for all levels, especially those seeking stress relief, recovery, emotional balance, or a reset from daily life. You’ll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and more at home in your body.
